Users are in full control over how much data is retained for a process in SolveXia including the number of historical runs and versions of files.
You can manage the rules around how much data is retained using the process storage feature. Including the ability to set an "auto-clean" policy to have the system periodically remove data that you no longer need.
1. Right-click on your process.

3. In your workspace, you should now see some information regarding the amount of data storage that the process is consuming:
4. You can also set the auto-clean policy for the process to have the system automatically delete data that you consider is no longer needed:
The auto-clean policy can be set on the number of versions of files and/or runs or can be time-bound (i.e. remove data that is older than X months).
5. Runs can also be deleted in bulk under the "Current Storage Profile" section:
Tips and tricks
The auto-clean policy is a great way to actively manage the amount of data being stored in SolveXia and to pre-emptively ensure that you stay within your license limits (for data storage).
