Instructions can be modified using the "Multiple file manipulations". The following guide will walk you through the basics of configuring instructions, such as selecting, adding, deleting, copying, moving the order, expanding/collapsing and disabling/enabling.
Selecting an instruction
Click inside the grey frame to select an instruction:
The pop-up will first prompt the user to search the desired instruction; either by name or by group:
If you select a group, the instructions will first appear categorised to ease the search. However, simply un-tick the "Show me categorised value" to view all instructions under list form.
As you hover over the instruction, an explanatory note appears at the bottom of the pop-up window. Simply select the instruction to configure it further:
Configuring multiple instructions in one step
It is also possible to configure multiple instructions in one step. The order these instructions will be executed is based on the order the instructions appear (ie top instruction will be executed first, whereas bottom instruction will be executed last).
You can also modify the order by first selecting an instruction, and then adding, deleting, copying, moving up or moving down the instruction:
For ease of view, you can also expand and collapse the instructions by the designated arrows and the "Expand all" button:
The "Enabled" box ensures that the instruction is executed when the step is run; when disabled, the instruction is skipped:
