To create columns, select
1. Manually type the columns one by one. As soon as the column name text box starts getting populated, a new column line will appear. Fill in all column details, specify the column type and select "Add":
- Column 3: Text length if "Fixed length text" data type
And paste into the first text box. Select "Add" :
Once "Add" button has been pressed, the specified columns will appear on the main editing window:
Through this view, a few more details can be added such as whether it can be empty or not, a default value and a description.
Remember to "Save" for these changes to take effect.
