SolveXia provides a connector to get data from Xero. With this connector, you can easily download financial data such as Profit & Loss Statements and Balance sheets into your SolveXia process.
To connect SolveXia to Xero, you need to:
1. Create a File Upload/Download Data Step and upload the Excel file where Xero data is desired to be extracted.

2. Click on Add connector step. Initially, this connector step will take you to a configuration setup menu.

3. From the configuration set-up menu:
- Name the step at the top,
- Choose Xero as the service to connect to, and
- Click on Create Connector Step on the bottom right.

4. Xero configurations will appear after the Connector Step is created.
If this is the first time you are linking your Xero account to SolveXia, click on Link your Xero account on the top right of the page, and you will be directed to Xero’s login webpage.
After the Xero account is linked, choose the action you would like to perform from the dropdown menu. Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement extractions are preconfigured; however, you may select Custom to link to a different report in Xero.

5. Choose the Xero Tenant from the left-hand side of the page and link the file created in Step 1 as the Output. If the Clear Worksheet selection is enabled, the step created will clear the specified worksheet before the data is extracted. 
6. Use Optional parameters (add/remove) to parameterise your report extraction.
