Why verify an email domain?
After verifying ownership and records of your organisation's email domain, a Verified badge will display next to the domain.
If you confirm your organisation’s identity by verifying your domain and set up records correctly, Solvexia will be able to send emails from processes using your email domain. Learn more about how Solvexia sends emails on behalf of your domain.
Verifying an email domain for your organisation
To verify a domain, you must have access to modify domain records with your domain hosting service.
- On the top right corner of Solvexia click your profile name and select Solvexia Admin.
- Click Verified domains under the Organisation settings.
- Click Add domain in the Email domains section.
- Enter your domain in correct format, e.g. mail.my-company.com.
- Click Add domain.
- Follow the instructions to set up your domain records.
- Wait for the DNS configuration to change, which may take up to 72 hours.
- Navigate to the Email domains section again following steps 1, 2, and 3 from this guide and check the badge.
- If the badge indicates an error please follow the error message to fix the issue.
