You can action workflow requests from within your SolveXia process. This includes approving, acknowledging or declining confirmation requests and submitting files.
Actioning workflows in a process run
If you are running a process that requires manual intervention, such as an approval, acknowledgement or file submission, you will see a User Request:
There are two types of requests in SolveXia, requiring the following actions:
| Request Type | To action | To close |
| Confirmation | View and edit files attached to the request. | Click Approve, Acknowledge or Decline the Request. |
| File Submission | Upload files to the supplied placeholder | Click Submit |
Editing data in a confirmation request
When actioning confirmation requests, you can also edit data in file attachments. To do so, click on the horizontal dots icon and select edit:
The file will open in a new tab in your browser:
After making your edits, close the browser tab. Your work will be saved automatically.
Note: The editing of files must first be enabled in the configuration of the confirmation step.
Viewing all of your open requests
You can view and action any open requests (that are assigned to you) via the Workflow tab.
