Reactivate Suspended Users

Follow the instructions below to reactivate suspended users.

1. Click on your user name and select the Admin option

2. Once in the Admin portal, click on the Users tab to bring up the users in the database

3. Navigate to the Filters and unselect Hide suspended users to view suspended users

4. Click on the user you want to reactivate from the list

5. Select Reactive user to reactive the user
