The Copy cell values instruction can be used to copy data from one range to another in Excel.
Data being copied can include the contents of an individual cell (e.g. A1) or of a cell range (A1 to B9). For example, assume you want to copy the data below in columns A and B to columns D and E:

1. In an action step in your process, select the Copy cell values instruction.
2. Select your source file, worksheet and cell range.
3. Select your target file, worksheet and starting cell.
4. Save and run the instruction.
